Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment. Also, orders are processed from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

We offer FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING for orders over $50usd or more (not including import duties & fees & customs probably). For international shipments, the shipping methods include DHL or Aramex for Middle East in shipping way 'Flat Rate'.

All shipments by above ways will have the tracking number for you in shipping way 'Flat Rate' and most times it will arrive 5 to 8 days after shipping normally.

The goods can also be shipped in standard postal shipping with a bit low transport charge, but more shipping time. Pls select preferred shipping way for your orderings,

Shipping Options:

Use standard post shipping by shipping time 14 to 30 days normally from country to country.

Weight Based Shipping $6:  You may choose this when ordering is less $50.

Use standard post shipping by shipping time 14 to 30 days normally for different countries.

Flat Shipping Rate $22:  You may choose this if you want to get parcel faster.

Use DHL shipping with tracking number by shipping time 5 to 10 days.

With a few exceptions, you may return your order for an exchange or a refund within 7 to 10 days of receiving your goods. Before returning the goods, please must inform us via e-mail.

Returns must be shipped by a service that can track it. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll deduct a normal $8usd as compensation of shipping cost for returning goods of free shipping.

We do not accept returns of any item that shows clear signs of use, is damaged or missing parts. This means any bend or crease as we cannot sell these items as new. Clearance items, samples and custom straps might not be returned.

International Tracking

We ship international orders via DHL and Aramex for Flat Shipping Rate. This means that when they collect the shipments from us here in the CN, then they are taken off to be sorted and passed on to the destination country per your shipping address. When tracking your parcel, you are able to do it by DHL and Aramex website or their services website in local. The shipping of these orders can be checked with tracking number.
